Reason for Visit

Patient with paraplegia requested this visit due to a rash on both their legs.

Setting

This is an outpatient telehealth visit in a Family Practice Clinic and this patient’s first time seeing this provider.

Timing

Participants have 30 minutes to conduct this visit.

Tasks 

  1. Take an appropriate medical history and conduct any physical exam maneuvers you’d like.
  2. Form a diagnosis
  3. Discuss the treatment plan with consideration for the patient’s disabilities. 

Feedback

There will be verbal feedback with the SP following the visit.
